This page outlines the Hockey Regina video submission process referenced in Regulation K.09
Hockey Regina operates under the policy outlined by Hockey Saskatchewan related to Video Review. Particularly that video submissions may be considered to assist the investigations of any suspension related infractions covered by the rules and regulations of Hockey Saskatchewan and Hockey Canada. Prior to making a submission it is strongly recommended to review the linked policy and associated requirements.
All submissions must be received by Hockey Saskatchewan within 24 hours of the start of the game that the submission relates to.
Hockey Saskatchewan may accept video to aid in any investigation undertaken by any judicial effort within the association only if and when appropriate as determined by the Hockey Saskatchewan Discipline Coordinator. As required by policy, submissions for video review to Hockey Saskatchewan must be made by a Hockey Saskatchewan member.
In this manner, Video submissions can be made to the Hockey Regina Director of Suspensions via the below submission form.
Note: Hockey Regina will not aid in the creation of video for submission but rather only receive submissions from players, parents, coaches, managers, team officials, game officials, parents or guardians related to the applicable game.
Upon completion of the form, the video file related to the submissions can be emailed to suspensions@hockeyregina.ca and will be reviewed by the Hockey Regina Director of Suspensions whose sole discretion will allow for or deny a submission to Hockey Saskatchewan. Only the Hockey Saskatchewan Discipline Coordinator has the authority to overturn decisions with support of video review.
If a submission will be made to Hockey Saskatchewan upon approval of the HRI Director of Suspensions, the applicant will pay the $100 fee upfront to Hockey Saskatchewan (via the Hockey Regina submission form) and the refund for a successful appeal of $50 will be processed directly by Hockey Saskatchewan to the applicant.
All fields in the below form must be completed for applications to be accepted and reviewed.
