Criminal Record Checks
Attention all coaches and managers
It is a requirement that all registered team officials must have a current criminal record check to be registered as a team official. Previous communication advised that all criminal record checks are to be completed by November 15th.
Hockey Regina will deregister any team officials who have not provided a current criminal record check by December 10th. All team officials who are not registered as a team official will not be allowed to be on the bench or ice for the 2015-2016 season.
Please ensure you contact your division director to ensure that you and your team officials have provided the necessary documentation for Hockey Regina.
There are two options to obtain a criminal record check;
Option A: Attend the Regina Police Department 1717 Osler Street Regina 8:00-4:30pm
Criminal Record Check – Volunteer
1. You must attend in person
2. You must have 2 pieces of identification (one with full date of birth). At least one piece of photo identification.
3. You must reside in the City of Regina
4. You may be required to have a letter from the volunteer organization
5. No Charge
Option B: On-line
1. for your convenience Hockey Regina has set up an account with Sterling Back Check where Applicants can initiate and pay for their own checks online for a cost of $25 per CRC.
