Regina Sports Hall of Fame Class of 2014

Regina Sports Hall of Fame President, Barry Taman, announced that George Watson and the 1987/88 Regina Pat Canadians will be inducted into the Regina Sports Hall of Fame. The 12th annual induction ceremony is slated for Thursday, October 16, at Queensbury Salon B. Joining George and the Pat Canadians in this years induction class are Sully Glasser (athlete; football); Karen Howard (builder; figure skating); Carol LaFayette-Boyd (athlete; track and field); and Milos Kostic (athlete; triathlon and road running).

The ceremony starts at 7:00PM. Tickets cost $25 each and $15 for children. Tickets are available from RSHF directors, ceremonies chair Cathy Glasser (529-9599)

Swept Notre Dame Hounds in the League final, won regional qualifying tournament in Deloraine, MB
Defeated Thunder Bay 4-3 in double overtime in Semi-final
Defeated Calgary North Stars 7-4 in the Final
