The Press Box is a great place to hold your fundraisers. We serve the best quality steak in Regina for these events and offer you other ways to make money for your organization.
Here are the details:
- 6 oz. AAA steak, fries, choice of salad (Caesar or tossed). Chicken can be substituted for steak. Or;
- Full rack of ribs, rice and Caesar salad. Chicken can be substituted for ribs.
- We offer the option of the above choices plus adding a domestic draft beer or pop.
- The cost to the fundraising organization is $10.00 or $12.00 with the drink add-on and you are free to decide how much you want to charge for the tickets. Most sports groups charge around $20.00 and other groups raising money for medical reasons usually charge $20.00 or more.
- We print the tickets for you at no extra charge.
- We are the busiest sports bar in Regina and we encourage you to sell 50/50 tickets throughout the bar as it is an excellent way to raise extra money.
- Another option is to have prizes to raffle and sell tickets for them. Many organizations have raised almost as much money as they did just holding the steak night by doing this.
- Fundraiser nights can be held on Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. We will also allow them to be held on Fridays & Saturdays for groups under 150 people.
- Seating is on a first come, first served basis so we encourage our fundraisers to ask their ticket purchasers to come early in order to get their preference on tables.
- All ticket holders must be at least 19 years of age. Photo ID may be required.
- We order our food fresh so we require you to call us at least 4 days prior to your event to let us know how many tickets you have sold. At this time we also need to know how many people want to substitute chicken.
- The only up-front cost to you is a $200 deposit to hold the date for your fundraiser. On the night of the Fundraiser we will charge you for each ticket redeemed with a minimum charge of $10.00 or $12.00 (depending on option chosen) per previously confirmed ticket sold.
- Fundraiser nights are a vehicle for you to raise money. The Press Box charges you our cost for your night in order to assist you in making as much money as possible. In exchange we ask that you support us by encouraging your group to stay and enjoy the atmosphere. We also must enforce a policy of absolutely no take out.
