Hockey Regina On & Off-Ice Officials

Welcome to the Hockey Regina Officials Page.  Designed to be a one stop shop for all information and resources for on and off-ice officials.

Hockey Regina will begin the use of the Arbiter Platform (vs RAMP) for Officials Management for 2026-2027.
In order to continue as an official (for returning Referees / Linespersons / Timekeepers) or join the roster of officials for this upcoming season, completion of the below form is required.
This form is open and can be completed at any time.

Hockey Regina Officials Registration - 2026/2027

Returning Referees/Linespersons & Timekeepers: Complete the linked form and you will receive an invitation to Arbiter. Upcoming Training Sessions for both On-Ice Referees/Linespersons and Timekeepers will be communicated throughout the Summer months.
New Timekeepers: Complete the linked form and expect a communication from Sarina Baker, the Timekeeper Assignor for 2026-2027 season to discuss training and new steps to onboarding.
New Referees/Linespersons: Note that registration with Hockey Saskatchewan Programs does not begin until August 1st (or thereafter) annually. After completing the linked form visit New to Officiating « Hockey Saskatchewan and review all the necessary steps; you will complete the online courses (once they are available) and register for an in-person Hockey Saskatchewan Level 1 Clinic. Once you have completed the in-person clinic, you will be added to Hockey Regina's roster of officials and provided next steps.

Annually Hockey Saskatchewan leads off season power skating for officials at a minimal cost. Check out more information and how to register at the link above.

RESOURCES

Submit a Hockey Regina Game Report for Hockey Regina League and Playoff games only.
Use the linked form to submit a game report.  If unsure if an incident requires a Game Report, error on the side of submitting one. 

All Tournament, Provincial and Exhibition games are reported through the Hockey Saskatchewan Online Reporting System

Off-Ice officials (timekeepers) training & resources

TRAINING
Led by Hockey Regina Timekeeper Assignor, Sarina Baker and supported by Referee-In-Chief Trevor Crozier, Hockey Regina will be offering Timekeeper training sessions. 
Approved Timekeepers will be required to attend one of the two sessions listed below. Sessions will be in person with location and additional details provided upon registration. 
Please save the date for one of the two sessions below.  Registration will open by August 1st.

OFFICIALS COMMITTEE
The Hockey Regina Officials Committee was re-launched in the spring of 2026 with a significant focus on recruitment, development, support and retention.
In the upcoming season the Committee will tackle key priorities including: launch of a refreshed Officials Coach program, hosting increased on-ice development opportunities and providing increased support directly to officials.  Members of the Committee include:
