Exhibition Game Sanction

To host an exhibition game it must be sanctioned by Hockey Saskatchewan. Hockey Regina is required to submit exhibition game sanctions on our members behalf to Hockey Saskatchewan.

Exhibition Game Application

The Home team is required to submit the application at least 5 days prior to the day of the game.

The Hockey Saskatchewan sanction number should be recorded on the top corner of each gamesheet.

Game sheets for all Exhibition Games must be submitted to Hockey Saskatchewan within 72 hours.  Failure to do so will result in a $100.00 fine. 

Teams are responsible for arranging the officials and timekeepers for an exhibition game. Teams may email HRI at assign@hockeyregina.ca for assistance or book their own registered officials directly. Regardless of how the officials are scheduled, refs and timekeepers are paid cash at the game by the team; the teams will not be billed through HRI.
