Criminal Record Check (CRC)
Due by November 15/2024
A Criminal Record Check with a Vulnerable Sector Query is a mandatory Hockey Saskatchewan coaching requirement.
Hockey Regina requires a new one to be completed on a YEARLY basis by all coaches and other on-ice volunteers.
Managers and treasurers do not need one done unless they will also be helping on the ice or bench.
- MUST be the original, will not be accepted otherwise
- NO copies, scans, faxes, jpgs
- Cannot be older than April 01/2024
- MUST have a visible Vulnerable Sector Query, can not be accepted without it
- IMPORTANT NOTE - Hockey Regina cannot accept online criminal record checks from other organizations if they do not clearly indicate that a Vulnerable Sector Query has been completed. Please be wary of this, because you may be required to do another one through the Regina Police Service, at your expense.

The RPS will mail your CRC directly to you. They will NOT mail it to Hockey Regina. It is your responsibility to see that our office receives it by November 15.

Please be wary of this, because you may be required to do another one through the Regina Police Service, at your expense.

- Regina Police Service in-person Criminal Records Checks are completed by appointment only. To book an appointment click here.
- Please make sure that you take a Criminal Record Check Volunteer Request Letter with you. It will be required.
You will be provided with your CRC but it will NOT also be sent to Hockey Regina. It is your responsibility to see that our office receives it by November 15.
We have a mailbox to the right of our office door where you can securely drop your CRC off after hours.
