WHAT HAPPENS IF HOCKEY IS CANCELLED FOR 2020-2021?

Hockey Regina budgets each program on the basis of the program operating for a full season. There are a few scenarios of what could possibly happen this fall.

In the event that Hockey Canada and the Saskatchewan Hockey Association cancel the minor hockey program for the 2020-2021 season what will happen? ?

We will issue full refunds to anyone who has registered for the season and tryouts. 

What if we can play but not start until later? ?

Our program is based on September - March with September/October being evaluations, and if we have to start later, we will look into the possibility of running later so the season could potentially be October - April or November - May depending on when we can get started.

What if the season starts and we have to stop because another wave of COVID-19 shuts things down? ?

We will pro-rate refunds on the basis of the amount of season we were able to play
